We became a founding Listing Member in Guernsey of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange when it opened in 1999. We are part of Butterfield Fund Services, which as well as Guernsey, includes fund administration services provided from Bermuda, Cayman and The Bahamas.

Our clients include a number of the world's leading investment management groups, as well as private companies, partnerships and trusts, which are domiciled in many jurisdictions, though particularly Guernsey and Cayman. Many of the funds under our administration are listed on Stock Exchanges, including London, Dublin and Cayman, as well as the Channel Islands Stock Exchange. These funds invest in a wide variety of products - money market instruments, bonds, equities, commodities, property, futures, derivatives and venture capital.

Our staff has the experience and expertise to administer a wide range of funds, included listed and unlisted, closed and open ended, protected cell companies, umbrella structures, trusts and partnerships.

Our services include assisting in the establishment of the fund, provision of full accounting, valuation, shareholder/unit holder and transfer of any register, corporate secretarial and compliance services together with review of documentation prior to any listing as well as continuing obligation.

We are happy to work with custodians, banks and lenders from outside Butterfield Bank Group, if and when required.
